Background
ASB\ is a company that brings together marketing, communication, software development, psychology, and inclusive design within a single project ecosystem. Its identity is hybrid by nature: it integrates diverse skills with a common goal, that of building ethical, accessible, and measurable communication experiences. Certified ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 30415 (Diversity and Inclusion), and UNI/PdR 125 (Gender Equality), ASB\ adopts a structured approach to the QDEI principles (Quality, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), which do not remain statements of intent but become operational criteria within every project. In this context, the partnership with Syllog was born, chosen as the technological infrastructure to host ASB\academy and its training paths, starting with the "Value-driven brand communication" course.

Challenges
In designing ASB\academy, the ASB\ team faced a common but often underestimated problem: the gap between training content and the delivery platform. The main challenges were:
- Transforming complex content on communication, ethics, and brand identity into genuinely usable learning paths

Why ASB\ chose Syllog

Syllog was selected because it allows materials and knowledge to be translated into structured training paths without losing readability, fluidity, and the centrality of the user experience. In particular, three elements were decisive:
